Instructions
Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk in a bowl until smooth.
Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
Prepare your banana leaves by cleaning and heating them slightly over a flame.
Place a scoop of the mixture onto each banana leaf.
Fold the leaves into small, flat rectangular shapes.
Steam the wrapped Binalay for about 20 minutes until firm.
Remove from the steamer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
