  • 28 oz canned whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 small onion roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos plus juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place the onion, garlic, and jalapenos in the food processor.
  • Pulse until finely minced.
  • Add the tomatoes, cilantro, salt, cumin, and sugar.
  • Pulse until the salsa reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
