Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 3 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

Prep the Vegetables

  • Wash your tomatoes and peppers well. Chop the onions into small pieces. Peel the garlic cloves.

Blend the Ingredients

  • Put tomatoes, peppers, and garlic in the blender. Add a little water. Blend until the mix is smooth.

Sauté the Onions

  • Heat oil in your large saucepan. Add the chopped onions. Cook them until they look clear and soft.

Cook the Sauce

  • Pour the blended mix into the pan. Stir in the tomato paste and spices. Mix everything very well.

Simmer and Thicken
