Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Glass
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Cookies and Cream
  • 1 Scoop Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
  • 250 ml Cold Water
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Sugar-Free Cookies

Instructions

Add Liquid

  • First, pour 250ml of cold water into your blender. You can use unsweetened almond milk instead. Always put the liquid in the blender first. This prevents the powder from sticking to the bottom.

Add Powder

  • Add two scoops of the Herbalife Formula 1 powder. This is the cookies and cream flavor. Make sure the scoops are level and not rounded. This ensures the nutritional balance is correct.

Add Protein

  • Put in one scoop of the protein drink mix. This adds more protein to your meal. It makes the shake feel much thicker. You will feel full for a long time.

Add Ice

  • Toss in five or six large ice cubes. You can add more ice for a thicker shake. Less ice will make the drink thinner. It depends on what you like best.

Start Blending

  • Put the lid on the blender very tightly. Start the blender on a low speed first. This helps break up the large ice cubes slowly. Blend on low for ten seconds.

High Speed Blend

  • Change the blender setting to high speed. Let it run for thirty seconds. You want to hear the ice disappear. The shake should look very foamy and light.

Check The Texture

  • Stop the blender and take off the lid. Look at the thickness of your shake. If it is too thin, add more ice. Blend it again for a few more seconds.

Pour and Serve

  • Pour the mixture into your favorite tall glass. Do this slowly so it does not splash. The shake should be very thick and creamy. It looks just like a real milkshake.

Final Garnish

  • Sprinkle some crushed cookie crumbs on the top. You can also add a tiny bit of cinnamon. This makes the drink look very professional. It adds a nice little crunch.
