Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 cup Salsa for dipping

Instructions

Cook the Meat

  • Put the beef in the pan. Turn on the heat. Stir it until it is brown. Drain the extra fat out. This keeps the rolls light.

Add the Flavor

  • Open your taco spice pack. Pour it over the beef. Add a little water now. Let it simmer for a bit. The meat will soak it up.

Mix in Veggies

  • Add onions and peppers now. Stir them with the meat. Cook them until they are soft. This takes about five minutes.

Cool the Filling

  • Take the pan off the heat. Let the meat cool a little. This makes rolling much easier. Hot meat can break tortillas.

Prepare Tortillas

  • Lay one tortilla on the plate. Spread a little cheese first. Then add the meat mix. Do not put too much in.

Roll Them Up

  • Fold the left side in. Fold the right side in. Roll it from the bottom. Keep it very tight. Tight rolls do not break.

Seal the Edge

  • Dip your finger in water. Rub it on the edge. Press it down to stick. This keeps the roll closed.

Cook Until Crispy

  • Place rolls in the air fryer. Brush them with a little oil. Cook at 400 degrees. They will turn golden brown.
