Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Toss the peaches with half the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix the flour, remaining sugar, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Stir in the milk and melted butter until the batter is smooth.
Pour the fruit into the bottom of your baking dish.
Pour the batter evenly over the top of the fruit layer.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let the cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving.
