Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups peaches fresh or canned
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • Toss the peaches with half the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Mix the flour, remaining sugar, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  • Stir in the milk and melted butter until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the fruit into the bottom of your baking dish.
  • Pour the batter evenly over the top of the fruit layer.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Let the cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving.
