Ingredients
  

  • 4 large yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese shredded
  • 4 slices baguette

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pot and add sliced onions.
