Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 Tomato Slices

Instructions

Mix the Ingredients

  • Put the turkey in a large bowl. Add all your dry spices now. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to mix it well. Do not overwork the meat.

Form the Patties

  • Divide the meat into four equal parts. Roll them into smooth balls. Press them down to make flat circles. Make a small dent in the center.

Heat the Skillet

  • Place your skillet on medium heat. Add a little bit of oil. Wait for the oil to get hot. This creates a nice brown crust.

Cook the Meat

  • Place the patties in the hot pan. Cook for five minutes on one side. Flip the meat over carefully. Cook for five more minutes. Ensure the middle is fully cooked.

Toast the Buns

  • Cut your burger buns in half. Place them face down in the pan. Toast them for one minute. This prevents the bread from getting soggy.

Build the Burger

  • Place the cooked patty on the bun. Add lettuce and tomato on top. Add your favorite sauce if you like. Put the top bun on last.

Notes

➡️ Use cold turkey meat for the best shape.
➡️ Do not press the meat while it cooks.
➡️ Let the burgers rest for three minutes.
➡️ Add a little oil to keep meat moist.
➡️ Toast the buns for a better crunch.
➡️ Check the internal temperature with a thermometer.
➡️ Season the outside of the patty with salt.
