Instructions
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
Season the fish generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat olive oil in a stainless steel or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Place fish in the pan and sear for 4 minutes until golden brown.
Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Whisk butter, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
Brush the butter mixture over the cooked fish before serving.
