Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 packet Instant Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Finely Diced Onions
  • 4 ounces White American Cheese
  • 4 ounces Provolone Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions
 

Make the Pizza Dough

  • Mix your flour, yeast, and warm water. Stir them until a soft ball forms. Knead the dough for five minutes.

Let the Dough Rise

  • Put the dough in a greased bowl. Cover it with a clean towel. Let it sit for one hour.

Prepare the Sweet Sauce

  • Cook your onions in a small pan. Add the tomato sauce and some herbs. Let it simmer for ten minutes.

Press Into the Pan

  • Put oil in your rectangular baking pan. Press the dough flat into every corner. Let it rest for twenty minutes.

Add the Toppings

  • Spread the red sauce over the dough. Cover it with plenty of American and Provolone cheese.

Bake Until Golden

  • Put the pan in a hot oven. Bake it until the cheese bubbles. The edges should look dark and very crispy.
